1. Shipping Policy

 

 

Order Processing Time:

 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is successfully verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (for Contiguous US):

 

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $49.00.

  • Standard Shipping Flat Rate: A flat rate of $[Your Flat Rate, e.g., 7.99] applies to all orders under $49.00.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: (Optional, if you plan to offer it) We may offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Destinations:

 

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Tracking Your Order:

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly from the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

 

  • GLOWRAZ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) immediately and contact our customer support at support@glowraz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

  • For packages marked "delivered" but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.


 

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We understand that sometimes a product just isn't the right fit. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • You may return eligible GLOWRAZ products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (unless defective).

  • Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition (unless due to a defect) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, especially for pet care items.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

  1. Please contact our customer support team at support@glowraz.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item(s).

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@glowraz.com.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@glowraz.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable, after reviewing the evidence.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, opened, or have had their safety seal broken, unless they are defective.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.


 

3. Cancellations

 

  • Order cancellations can only be processed if your order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately at support@glowraz.com if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
